I guess old fat Al hasn’t seen any of the many black comedies and other movies that tend to be heavy on black actors huh? Or heard of Spike Lee? Denzel? Sam Jackson? Halle Berry?

I don’t understand why blacks aren’t upset over the way they are stereotyped in “black” movies and sitcoms. They are always portrayed as loud, obnoxious and good dancers.

Perhaps these types of roles have been audience tested and got the best responses? Since I doubt that black sitcoms have many white viewers, even liberal ones, maybe it's the way black viewers see themselves?

In all things, follow the money. Sitcoms (and other shows) are designed to maximize viewer eyeballs for advertising revenue.
