Russian President Vladimir Putin has invited North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to Moscow next year to mark the 70th anniversary of the Soviet defeat of Nazi Germany in World War Two, the Kremlin's spokesman said on Friday.

It would be Kim's first foreign visit since taking the helm of the reclusive east Asian state in 2011. His personal envoy came to Moscow last month in the framework of efforts by the two Cold War-era allies to improve relations.

I think so. FEMA camps. Survival Kits for Fed Bank personnel.

Will it stop it? I don’t think so.

It would seem that if you have food, clothing, shelter, barter and protection, you will be OK.

I would not want to live in a city during this kind of thing.

Randall,
I guess it comes down to whether the NKors are capable of this level of hacking. I do not know the answer. I do know the Russians are capable and capable of making it look like NKor hacking.

Beyond big binoculars and missiles, I never see them use technology...

Russia is not an enemy of North Korea.

Putin is probably going to congratulate Kim Jong Un, and they’ll probably sit down together over some Russian vodka and have a good laugh at our expense.

Why not a city?

EBT cards stop working.
The dependent group has no food.
Hungry people are angry, lawless people.
Those who have not, want yours.
Cities are complex systems that depend on functioning infrastructure to a very high degree.
Take it away and chaos remains.
Life becomes cheap.

Personally, I’d like to not be there when it happens.

Can’t say I’m sure either way, but I do believe North Korea must have had some help, perhaps from the inside.

Indeed, Russia is practically a colony of North Korea!
