Then they’re stupid. Our economy is poised to take off. If you just applied commonsense to the regulatory and tax regime, say as draconian as GW Bush’s Presidency, growth would be up around 4%.

Jeb would probably give us a couple more Justice Souters, the WORST lasting result of the Bush I legacy!
The only good thing about Bush II was Alito. Of course, in 10 years, he’ll “evolve” and be a flaming liberal as so many of the rest of them are.
......Revolution calling.

He can not win. He has already pissed off the republican base and is going for the same voters as Hillary.....Why bother voting for a dem in republican clothing when you can have the horrible real thing.
Stupid party playing at stupid again.
To: Zakeet
Win what? He could win the nomination and would then lose the general election.

How could he win? Ted Cruz on the ticket. The Palin maneuver. What good could Cruz do as VP? John Adams called that job: "the most insignificant office that ever the invention of man contrived or his imagination conceived."
If Cruz were take that slot on a ticket with a RINO presidential candidate, I would lose all respect for him.

His last name alone garners approval polling numbers that fall somewhere between Mumps and Ebola...

If Jeb really wants the nomination, why would his first act be to permanently alienate Conservatives?

I'm voting for whomever the Republican candidate turns out to be.
Anything else is lunacy.
It's all about the US Supreme Court at this stage in America's Republic.
Well, two years ago I thought it would be krispy kreme, but I think now the msm has officially picked our candidate again.

Why are they giving tool Jeb hints? He can thread the needle and stick it up where the sun doesn’t shine for all I care. I’ll never support him, fat RINO.

You can be hard-core conservative and soft or you can be moderate and tough but you cannot be moderate and soft if you expect to win the nomination. Here, style matters greatly. Therefore, if Jeb wants to sell a more moderate form of conservatism, he has to do it in a tough and forceful manner.
Not very convincing. Jeb might clear the way for another moderate candidate by attracting all the heat himself, but I can't see this strategy working for Jeb himself. More likely, he'd end up looking like the guy who always attacks more conservative candidates and doesn't lay a glove on liberals (what people said about Romney).

The ONLY way Conservatives win is to start a second party. Really, first the GOP tolerated Conservatives. Next, they ignored us. Then they pandered to us. Now its open hatred. Jeb comes along and drives us out claiming he can win without Conservatives.
How many times will we be disappointed by what a candidate says and when elected what he does? How much more abuse do we need to get the message that we are not wanted?
The names listed agree on all issues with the Liberals; so why vote for one over the other? Nothing changes. Time to break out of the rut we are in. SECOND PARTY NOW! SECOND PARTY NOW! SECOND PARTY NOW! SECOND PARTY NOW! SECOND PARTY NOW!
