I’m in a few of these “hipster” areas and they seem to be winning. I can’t believe the absence of Blacks in certain places I’ve seen them dominate by 95% since 1982.
Yup, back in the mid eighties, Bed-Stuy and Bushwick were burned-out slums. Now you have market rate apartments going up and hipsters moving in.
