US cities are turning into lawless wastelands. One thing for sure, whites and Asians are not going to want to live anywhere near blacks. Look for the far suburbs to become boomtowns.
NJ is already very segregated; we already live apart, attempts to change that with Section 8 housing fail because there is no shortage of poor whites in NJ who qualify (so even the poor areas are segregated).
Our cities have a core of poor blacks, surrounded by growing rings of Hispanics (who are displacing both the blacks in the center and the whites at the fringes); blacks and whites couldn’t be further apart than they are today in NJ.
not just urban areas....go read about the lawless county of Panola in Mississippi where the black gangs run things....
they allow their prisoners out at night for conjugal visits...
they burn a white girl to death and its hohummm

Doesn’t work that way...once the locusts bare one field, they just follow the farmers to the new field.
