Who says Putin is going to stay down? Events in the external world have hit him with a few low punches, but the damage is not as severe as some would believe. In any oligarchy, it matters little how badly the subject state or organization gets beat up, the oligarchy just goes on and on. And the strong man in that oligarchy just uses those “reverses” for his own personal advancement.
