The federal government wants to take over all police departments. If they can make all police hated it makes the takeover easier. I'm pretty sure they DO NOT want to go down that road.
Unless of course they are prepared for CWII. Which can't come soon enough IMO.

Rush Limbaugh talked about Obama/Holder taking away Grand Jury's from police shootings. Some have said that that is just the first step in nationalizing the police.
