I hear the arrest photo shows how high she was.
She probably over prescribed herself or we may find it is another pot head.

Yeah..the Margo Bronstein woman..supposedly had a lot of health problems and had a specialized car with special brakes made for her to help her steer..she didnt even attempt to brake the car, she went through a red light and hit 12 people while they crossed the street after a school Christmas pageant..a mother and her 12 year old son died, as well as two grandmothers
