I drove this guy once if you can believe about 10 years ago when I drove a Yellow cab and he deliberately flooded my taxi with water because I did not kiss his butt properly and fawn all over him. I detest the whole idea of celebrity, just because you make a movie or play a sport doesn’t mean I am going to fawn all over you, I’m going to treat you like any other citizen, with respect but I am not into the fawning deal at all. I only reserve that for the real heroes like the men and women in our military and police. So he gets in the back seat with a liter of Poland Spring water and his assistant gets in the front seat because Kareem is huge. So we’re talking about the weather, the traffic and theres this uncomfortable vibe, like they were expecting me to break out in praise and recognition and I refused to do it. The assistant was staring at me and he was looking right at me the whole time in the rear view mirror. So I dropped them off and this lady gets in and she tells me “Say you know it’s completely flooded back here” and I look in the back. The mofo emptied the entire bottle of water all over the floor. And I KNOW it was not accident because I saw him take the EMPTY bottle out when he left. If you accidentally drop a bottle, the whole thing does not empty out. He did it DELIBERATELY and I had to go to a pizza place, buy a pizza and take 9000 napkins to soak it all up. THAT is Kareem Abdul Jabbar for you who BTW is Muslim isn’t he.
What a horrible person.
You ought to count yourself lucky he didn't soak your taxi with gasoline and light it up as he left... just to help de-institutionalize that inherent racism, you understand.
