I am beginning to wonder whether I should do [the hearing] and affirmatively use it to put a stake in politics and c4, That failure to come clean cost the IRS 10% of its budget and probably more over the next couple of years. All those in the IRS should think on that.

Miller is so scr***d.
E-mail shows he knew what was going on and let it happen. Lied about it (by omission) to Senate Committee. Republicans are warming up the tar bucket...
Meanwhile, on the other side of the aisle, the Democrats are looking daggers at him too. He has a conscience and a big mouth, and we need a scapegoat...

It’s only a bombshell if something is done with it. I’m tired of the word as nothing in the R party is EVER done with such facts.

Look what they put Rodger Clemens through. Why are all people that work for the gov’t exempt from that?

Miller ultimately testified at the July 25 hearing but never revealed his knowledge of the misconduct. Hmmm, since they turned documents over to the White House, which is a felony, isn't he guilty of misprision of felony then ?
Misprsion of Felony
Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

Seems so to me but I’m sure the learned AG Holder doesn’t agree, hopefully that turkey ends up in a federal slammer.

Republicans are warming up the tar bucket...Not holding my breath. I won't give the GOP any credit until Lerner and Co. are doing a perp walk.

Wouldn't be surprised if Miller gets roasted from both sides (Pubs and Crats) and nothing else gets brought up.
For the "good of the country" and to protect their main revenue stream Miller goes under the bus.
Lerner skates and won't be seen again.
The Email goes down the memory hole.
