Dayton's Democratic Mayor is a good part of the problem........Whaley is a three time 'delegate to the 'Democratic National Convention', worked for John Kerry's presidential campaign, and served as a presidential elector. Whaley is a potential future candidate for Congress.

Yep.........Although I have to say again that Troy was fabulous. I loved it there. A small community which President Bush came there when he was running and stood right there where the fountain is....it was awesome when he came there! I loved every minute of it and so did the entire community.

Here;s Boehner introducing him to a standing room only crowd....the streets all around the fountain and up all side streets were jammed solid with people! They said about 25,000 were there and I believe it! I was in that crowd!
