A federal judge today granted the Justice Department time to prepare appeal the ruling last week that defendant Obama violated the Constitution when issuing his executive order delaying deportation of illegal aliens in the U.S.
The U.S. attorney's office told U.S. District Judge Arthur J. Schwab the government would like until Jan. 12 to file a motion for reconsideration.

Jan 12 should be enough time to find the judge’s wife and kids.
Judge finally called bambi on his crap and the justice department can’t figure out how to defend the illegal action.
Stalling for time so obama’s henchmen can drag out information on the judge from the IRS and the NSA so he can be blackmailed into reversing his order. If that has not already happened as evidenced by the time extension.
Smoke and mirrors.
Why so long? Surely the Just-us Department argument that convinced “constitutional expert” obama to go against his long-held understanding of the limits on his authority is still available. They should just repackage that impressive set of facts and submit it to the judge. No more research is necessary.
