There wouldn’t be enough cheap energy to execute this incredibly stupid plan without lots of nuclear plants. Another pie in the sky concoction. A slightly warmer world would be a huge boon to mankind — more abundant and cheaper food, lower heating bills, fewer deaths from freezing, fewer road accidents, fewer closed airports. Why is warming always portrayed as apocalyptic?
All we can be sure of is it will be very expensive.
That is all that counts as long as the money gets to go through the govt and 70% of it gets skimmed off in “administrative costs”.
