It was the DEMOCRATS 50 years ago who maneuvered most Blacks onto THEIR Plantation to work for them as slaves and getting their pittance in EBT, Welfare etc for it. Don’t count NE as one of those “Americans”
No doubt it was Democrats who engineered it (remember Johnson’s quote?); productive Americans have simply continued with business as usual while that strategy worked its havoc on blacks.
