If they managed to do well, then how come black Americans seem to struggle ?
Real Africans with education and a work ethic do well here. Skin color is not the issue--it's culture. If you will not trouble yourself to get some sort of education, if you have no work ethic, if you cannot reliably show up for work, if you have a chaotic personal life it really does not matter what you look like. We have a white underclass here that lives as described above, and they go nowhere.

Yup. The Martin shooting the other day provides some perfect questions about that culture.
What was he up to hanging out in a parking lot at 3:30 AM? There were multiple other people also wandering around on the surveilance video. One of them was even pushing a stroller at 3:30 AM. How do you get a full scale riot by 4 AM?
There are a lot of inner city blacks with nothing but time and resentment.
