Your translation is close, but off a bit. And he hardly used a nom de guerre as a member of parliament all those years... How does the name translate? I did not read up on the sweetheart but with name changer de Blasio in NY, I suppose this boy could use any name he wanted.

Perhaps the name does not translate at all - it’s just a name. I’m not aware that a name in one language necessarily needs to translate into another language.
As to Blasio, how does that even relate to someone in Germany, member of parliament or not?
