Not true. Sub Saharan Africans certainly seem to easily fall pray to senseless poorly organized violent behavior. Perhaps it is a genetic predisposition to low levels of impulse control, or heightened emotional response to external stimuli.Or maybe low levels of higher critical thinking. There are certainly many reasons and their interaction is complex and difficult to understand, especially in a culture such as ours. One can not say or explore genetic or inherent causes for anti social behavior that flow out from the black actor.TABOO.

Be cautious about you say as to delineating black culture from other cultures such as Germanic or Oriental. I can recall the days when Nobel prize winner and transistor inventor/developer Shockly was really lambasted for getting into genetics and claiming the “black’ race population distribution curve had overlapping features with the ‘Anglo-Saxon’ distribution curve as to intelligence. People were horrified that such a distinguished scientist could make such a differentiation between races of humans even if there were sameness as to overlapping of the curves.
