They should all get fired so far as I'm concerned.
Trying to run a business here in NY area and we've been dealing with backorders for weeks now because of this stupid "slowdown".
Fire them all and bring in non-union workers.

Wish we could. None of the West Coast States are “Right to Work”. In order to work on the docks, they must belong to the ILWU.
