The sanctions are taking a toll, but by far it’s the falling price of oil
Fracking oil, the free enterprise system, and the Saudis leading OPEC to hurt Iran, Putinstan (formerly known as Russia), and the frackers got us here.
This has nothing to do with sanctions. Russia is to oil what Vegas was to the housing bubble.
