Reuters story, check the video and the bomb dropped at 6 seconds. Prayers for the poor children, in this case, apparently, the bomb came from Syrian planes. So both sides, sorry to say, create mayhem.

If it wasn’t the way of the Syrian government for over 30 years to bomb and shell willy-nilly, neighborhoods where they think the rebels or their enemies are, the battles of today may not be happening. But I’m no expert.
