A man who had posted an online video threatening to kill police and FBI agents tried to use his car to run down officers seeking to arrest him on Tuesday so, fearing for their lives, they shot and killed him, authorities said.
Police did not immediately identify the man, who was killed in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, as officers ordered him out of the car and he appeared ready to accelerate at them as they manned a blockade.

Justifiable. By trying to run down the officer, the deceased had committed attempted capital murder of a peace officer (as defined in Texas). One perp who tried to steal my truck tried running down a cop and got shot.
For some strange reason, I'm relieved.
Perps seem to forget that the police are well-trained like the military and will react to threats of harm accordingly. Stupid people.
