Well the Illinois state debt is $25,000 per resident, I believe #1 in the nation.
If the “upper half” would just send in 50 grand each, the problem would be fixed.
Maybe Baraq, MooseChelle, Sharia, and Malaria could set an example by starting with their $200,000 contribution.
