couple of these freakazoids where i work, one of them a guy, got the sex-change-surgery... then decides its a really lesbian. I guess that probably not uncommon.

Headline says $67 million, story claims $6.7 million, so which is it? One equals $100,000 per surgery and the other is $10,000. Do other Medicaid recipients get $100,000 worth of services or are they SOL?
