but it was all theatrics and we all knew itA little more than theatrics in the early days. A strong family had to pull him out of character he got a little tooo close to. Traded one obsessive compulsion for golf.

I hear the same things about Prince. They say in real life he’s a normal guy to hang around with.

She's done some interesting work. I only recently learned that she had collaborated with Jean Michel Jarre, providing vocal samples for Zoolook in 1984, and again in 2000 doing vocals for Metamorphoses.

I believe Carlos Santana kicked Neal Schon out of Santana because Neal was blowing Carlos off the stage. He was doing what off stage???
A little back story about Schon. At 15 he was considered a prodigy.
He was invited by Carlos Santana AND Eric Clapton to join their bands. He went with Carlos, simply because he asked first.
I think Clapton would have been a better fit for him.

“Traded one obsessive compulsion for golf.”
Well the all-too-common addictive personality has to latch onto SOMEthing. Golf isn’t so bad. But then I think of Obola golfing while Rome burns and I find myself snarling. What? Obola? Alice Cooper? Okay, it’s time to crash.

Satan has zero control. ZERO. He WORKS for God, not against. Read Job if you dont believe me. The entire notion of God vs. Satan is unbiblical and of pagan origin.

"I once had a GenY insist to me Journey was way more important a band than Led Zeppelin"
Ah, but they *are* more important!
At least they're more important to the guys who make tape loops for elevators and doctor's waiting rooms.

I told her it reminded me of that movie ‘Rock Star’ starring Mark Wahlberg.
His character was singer for a tribute band to the fictional band ‘Stone Dragons’, loosely based on Judas Priest, and he could really blow.
But the moral of the show, I suppose, was that in rock and roll, be careful what you wish for, and he walked away.

Alice Cooper, Christian.... is about where I stopped reading
You really shouldn't.
Look him up now.
Be amazed at what God can do.

He can correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe that Gene Eric is approaching this world from a Brahma (Hindu) or Zen (Buddhist) frame of reference.

He’s great, but just an imitation Steve Perry. In effect, they’ve become their own cover band.

Regardless to the existence of Satan, the problem is that the world is inhabited by humans, whom God gave free will to choose between ‘good’ and ‘evil’.
Unfortunately, many make a poor choice. Those who do constitute the evil of the world.

I’m afraid a great amount of evil in this world is perpetrated by those who would say they have done nothing but choose good.
