I wouldn’t agree that Alice Cooper makes Marilyn Manson look like a “choirboy”.
So that’s why I never see Alice Cooper mentioned any more in the dumb USA Weekend insert in our Gannett newsrag. He’s a Christian, and that makes them uncomfortable!

Agreed. Cooper was a little shocking in his day but it was all theatrics and we all knew it, which is what made it fun at times. Manson was a whole ‘nuther level of darkness in my Lil opinion. I couldn’t deal with it.
If Cooper is talking gospel these days ain’t nothing wrong with that.

Which version of Journey? When Gregg Rolie was running the show, they were way above Zeppelin playing-wise. Then again, so were most of Zeppelin’s contemporaries, especially Deep Purple and Uriah Heep. Zep still has it coming for all the songs they ripped off and took credit for, besides.
I remember when I first saw Purple Rain and the whole time I couldn’t get over Alice Cooper being the MC introducing Prince on stage........ And now, the Revolution....
