Yeah, the cough is a killer. If you happen to have some Tussin DM, that help a lot. Vicks is a must, too. It’s my new perfume. ;)

Get a WARM mist humidifier. Do not, for the sake of your lungs, get a cool mist. Run it all night in your room, Vick's vapor rub on your chest (wear a t-shirt) and cough syrup with Mucinex (guaifenesin).
Keep hydrated and keep an eye on your temperature. If it is over 3 degrees over normal for more then a couple of days you might want to call your doctor. If it hits 4 degrees for a couple a days definitely call your doctor.
