I think otherwise. ESPN has a extreme leftist bias as evidenced by their support of Michael Sam and the firing of Rush Limbaugh. As liberals, they hate the most Conservative (and Christian) part of the country, the South. So my take is that ESPN is actually rejoicing that no teams from Dixie are going to be the CFP championship game.
But like other so-called “Liberals,” at the end of the day and all has been said, Money is their true God.
