Easy answer may be is that the US has to coordinate with the locals and so I bet intel somehow “leaks” out.

Obama WAITS TOO DAMN LONG to approve the mission.

Rather that authorizing the Sec Def to execute a pre-planned mission, when the circumstances are right, Mr. Egomaniac inserts himself at every step.

Oh, did I mention that he second guesses the intel?

Why did the rescue attempts in Vietnam sometimes fail?

These guys may behave like 7th century savages, but do not underestimate their brain power.

Its pretty dicey to pull off a raid...the raid on Osamas compound was the exception not the rule.
