Funny how leftists were not outraged when Ellen Degereres posted a similar picture on her facebook page back in March 2014 of a child standing on a dog, back then they thought it was adorable..This is a therapy dog, he was brought into the home specifically to help Trig with his daily activities. Just look at the pooch, does he look upset? In pain?

By the way, that is Trigs own trained service dog. Trig is a Special Needs child.

If you want to see something creepy, check out how the photos have been cropped at DU, it changes everything, the dog is barely shown.

Cropping really works, it reminds me of Sarah in Spotlight, Nevada.

Like you, tc, I raised many children. We had dozens of all kinds of pets. The animals had better defense mechanisms than the kids!

Anyway, I think the photo of Trig and his service animal is delightful. He looks like such a happy child.

Having raised 3 all-American boys with a household of Labs, Labs will just get up and walk away if they don’t like their tail/ears pulled...eyes poked, etc. with nary a growl or reaction, except to move away.

If this is a service dog....he’s trained to stand his ground...bless ‘em.
