Gotcha we were near upside down but got out with a small profit I now save a grand a week much better for an old dude
LUcky duck we spent 4800 just on first,last and security for a poverty package.THere is nothing to rent down here under two grand per month and precious little until you hit three.My moving expenses so far over 7500.
