Being born in Hawaii (if he was) would satisfy 14th amendment citizenship IF the parents wanted or intended for him to be a US Citizen, such as a diplomat is stationed in USA and his kid happens to be born in USA he does not become a citizen automatically.

Also the mother, was supposedly under age, and this also affects the natural born citizen analysis

It is complicated. I have read the whole schpiel.

Bottom line is even if Bambi was born in Hawaii, he may well be a USA citizen but NOT a “Natural Born Citizen”.

Nobody is even asking the question if he is an Indonesian citizen who still retains his citizenship.
