Should have picked our own damned cotton.
People who post out here, in general, would no doubt not take this sitting down, but people out here are a small sub-set of the general public I’m afraid.
I'm torn. Some of my forebears picked cotton, and some of my forebears owned cotton pickers.
Still others were run off their ancestral lands by white settlers.
Me - I've gotta live in the here and now.
