There are 36 new ‘R’ members of Congress, more than enough to oust Boehner.
They don’t know him, but they must have seen the polls against Boehner.
Need at least half of the Freshman class of Rs to vote no to Boehner!
Boehner is in bribe city, or will promise punishment to any who try to vote him out.
I spoke to an incoming Republican Rep who said he’d be voting for Boehner. (Best strategy to keep the large number of constitutionalists elected since 2010 together, or something along those lines.) Was very disappointed to hear this...I reminded him that We the People - the majority - sent these new Republicans to office to stop Boehner from giving 0bola everything he wants.
I think I may have also read (here, somewhere) that Mia Love is going to vote for Bonehead...I could have it wrong.
I can’t believe out of principal the 36 new freshman house members wouldn’t vote out Boehner if nothing else than to get rid of the status quo.
