Liberals say minority when they mean black. Conservatives do the same in order not to single out blacks as under-performers, on average. That would be raciss.

Then, start hiring those that WISH to teach. The pillars of the (biz) community: biz theory, finance, etc. There’s no need for the dregs of the teaching world, that could give 2-hoots about Susie/Johnny after their ‘long’ 5 hr. day, to be ‘certified’

An absence of accountability. Once you eliminate the collection of data that indicate why their little darlings can't read the instructions on the boot heel showing how to pour the water out, you can blame anyone and anything for the problem.
