Keep sending it to his desk and keep making him veto the project.

Keep sending all the bills up and make him veto them. Sets the stage for next round of elections and defines Zero as the ultimate lame duck president, thwarting the will of the people.

Obama never was going to, and never will sign the Keystone XL pipeline bill. He will do anything he can to bring the USA down. I would suggest to Democrats, that they heed how they vote in the future. Siding and voting with Obama has been political poison for many, many Democrats. 2016 is coming quickly and the electorate is in no mood to messed around with by Obama, and deadbeat Democrats!!! Remember, 2014.....2016 will be worse for Democrats that side along with Obama, the “Lame Duck” POTUS!!! Pubbies rip Obama to pieces, politically and send him packing, back to Chicago!!!

You are right. The GOP in both the House and the Senate will not buck this President because they don't want to be “scary”.

Plus they don't posses the cajones!

Hyperbole. Now is the time to bury the Dems and prepare the way for victory in 2016. Obama will never be impeached. If they wouldn’t do Clinton, they won’t do Barak.

"Obama will veto Keystone bill"

Canadians cannot get better image of who their real economic enemy is than that.

Just keep sending it back to him until the optics force him to sign.

I don’t recall him threatening to veto Landrieu’s bill for Keystone if it passed. Of course, she’s Dim and was getting beaten in her re-election.

A follow up piece of information I think you should have.

We don’t really need the Keystone Pipeline now.

Due to investments already committed, oil-sands production is poised to rise 36 percent to at least 2.6 million barrels a day by 2017, Peters & Co., a Calgary-based investment bank, said in a November forecast. Projects now under construction will require 1 million barrels a day of new pipeline space, said Chris Cox, an analyst at Raymond James Ltd. in Calgary.

“What you should expect this year is that all incremental heavy oil barrels are effectively going to be transported by rail,” Cox said.
