Here is Orly's logic:
“2/3 of Republicans want Boehner replaced. 30 Republicans, who did not vote for Boehner today, have a real power and they can force Boehner to resign by forcing a vote of no confidence from the floor of the House. Since Boehner has only 216 votes support, he does not have a majority. This time he was reelected with 216 votes only because 26 members of Congress, most of them Democrats, did not show up, they went to Cuomos funeral and 216 votes were good enough for the majority of ones who were present.”
I don't know if she is right or not or if 216 was the final number.
Yes! I like the way you think!
A no confidence vote right after he screws over the conservative base again, ‘cause we all know he will, would be an excellent action.
I may not like Boehner and his GOPe ways and how he has been acting like a RINO for some time now; but he is a politician and they usually know when to pivot when their voters say “enough”.
For now I am just going to sit back on my heels and see if he digs himself a deeper hole. If he does; he’s done.

Jeff Duncan, congressional representative from South Carolina who voted against Boner, just appeared on radio station WORD. He made two interesting statements:
1. Only about 60 conservatives are in the house.
2.This place is run on an 11th hour crisis mode.
