Oh, I would LOVE getting me some fried yucca (mandioca) instead of fries. Hard to find a place that does it right in the desert.

Every now and then I have an urge for McNuggets and fries. Then after consuming a meal of such, the urge disappears for about six months. I wonder why?

Venezuela is vastly different than Peru!
Most of Peru is fairly arid desert, like eastern Oregon, and Idaho. Venezuela is mountainous tropical forest.
