Pickering, Nikola Tesla, Igor Sikorsky, Linus Torvalds, etc. The list is long. Those are the good kinds of legal immigrants we have gotten. Nevertheless, our current immigration policy is a joke. We do not strive for quality. The Australians have a much more sensible immigration policy in that regard than we do.
