As you are driving and the lug nuts loosen I would liken the sound to that of a Huey helicopter overhead. If you hear that type of sound and don’t see a helicopter STOP immediately and check your nuts. I had some aluminum mag wheels that were not torqued down all the way and they loosened along the interstate. I was near an army base and truly thought it was a helicopter but caught it just in time before tragedy could strike.

God forbid, the next thing we hear will be bombs put under police cars. This anarchy has got to be stopped and quickly.

When I get my vehicles (2) oil changed at my local Ford dealer, part of the vehicle inspection process INCLUDES checking the lug nuts on all four wheels. Granted, I go 2000 miles between oil changes but the possibility of finding a loose or loosening lug nut can be to your advantage at any time.
