The question is whether or not she would be able to stop chemotherapy on any fetus that happened to be inside her?

I think I have read of more than one case of a pregnant woman discovering that she has cancer and avoiding treatment in order to give birth to the baby.
Would the courts INSIST that this 17-year-old kill her baby with chemotherapy against her will? Could this young woman regain her "right to choose" by becoming pregnant?
