The number of Katrina evacuees that stayed in Houston was not enough to drastically change Houston’s political landscape.

The blacks from New Orleans got busy killing each other off as soon as they got to Houston. I doubt if many of them ever voted. The center of Houston consists of gays, rich liberals and blacks and that part of Houston has voted liberal for a long time. Apparently they can out vote the rest of us. I am always surprised by it. You don't suppose they are cheating do you?
