I was thinking the same thing.
CO got beat up after the .com crash and then again during real estate crash.
I fear this will hit NoCO hard.
CO got beat up worse from the democrat idiots they elected and they are still paying for it.
Kinda like New Yawk City, they elected that idiot now let them sit in the sewer wondering what went wrong.
