They are substantially higher for a reason. you don’t want your officers to be at the bottom of the pack when the s*** hits the fan. You want the officer to be the last man that drops out, not the first.
It is Marxism and the irrational view (radical egalitarianism) to pretend that males and females are interchangeable——for the perceptions of little boys and girls: that there is no difference between males and females and women are exactly like males. They have to destroy Natural Instincts in males and females by having little boys conditioned into killing women along with men on the battle field: women are conditioned to hate males and compete against males and kill their own genetic offspring to destroy all Christian Ethics which created the most successful, free cultures in history.
Men and women are complimentary, but Marxism makes it competing-—they have to group people and pit them against each other to destroy unity and destroy Western Civilization. (which they are doing splendidly, BTW, since schools and TV start brainwashing kids prior to being able to read. (They embed the proper emotions/attitudes for kids about what is “normal” and “good” and they teach Vice is Virtue, which will collapse civil society).
It is to destroy Reason and Logic and Natural Law (the Natural family) and destroy the Traditions and Traditional Roles of male and female and condition boys to see that women are the “same” as they are and destroy their natural instincts (emasculate) to protect the weaker sex and the weak (children) in society. Without true masculine males (moral men), culture collapses. Without moral masculine males (ones who care and protect their family and never desert them), civil society collapses.
Marxists have to destroy all loyalty to the mother and father so the State shapes and controls the minds of the children. Reality is formed by role models and removing the Father and Mother is essential-—so children model themselves after the unnatural, the immoral, and the artificial. True effective cultures use hierarchy (Laws of Nature and Design of God) to run efficient (excellent) cultures.
Without hierarchy—you get chaos and inefficient use of people (like males “nursing babies”—it is stupid, wastes time and destroys Natural Instincts and understanding of the Laws of Nature (Reason) in the child.
Marxism reduces everyone to be interchangeable (a Lie for collective cultures)—to condition children, to destroy competition, Individualism, and incentives and create mediocre lazy (non-virtuous) people. Destroy Virtue (Excellence) and you collapse culture. (Socrates).
Destroy risk-takers and competition, and you destroy the masculine. That Western Worldview which created Individualism (only comes from Christian Ethics and the Natural Family unit) and that concept that Individual Natural Rights come from God.

They want children raised with perceptions that TV/Media has been creating since the late 60s to destroy Christian Ethics, Virtue, and destroy true marriage-—so kids are emotional cripples, have no Reality models but the artificial (and controlled by the State) who become addicts and easily manipulated and controlled by their base instincts: Reason and Logic and belief in the true God (Christian Ethics) is impossible for ideologues. Christianity combined Reason and Faith (Aquinas) and no other “religion” is as rational as Christianity. That is why the Enlightenment, Modern Science and the US Constitution grew out of Christian Ethics (worldview).
