Jeb Bush once called for building prisons and emphasizing “punishment over therapy” for juvenile offenders. Today, he supports reforming the criminal justice system, arguing that incarceration can harden low-level lawbreakers into career criminals.
In the past, he stressed using deportation to rid the United States of unauthorized immigrants. These days, he describes crossing the border illegally as “an act of love” by migrant parents and supports a path to citizenship for those who have done so.
He used to emphasize the rights of big landowners who felt cheated by environmental programs. Now, he is a champion of state-sponsored conservation, celebrated for his $2 billion program to restore the Everglades.

None of this matters to Americans who want to restore our Free Republic, 2016 will be Dino vs Rino, in our current one party system.
Conservatives starting with those in Congress especially those who want to be POTUS (CRUZ) need to separate from the uniparty; come out from among them, and establish an opposition party NOW, if there is any chance of beating back the beast in 2016.

Why is it that politicians and judges mainly seem to “evolve” in one direction these days?
My only question is who could GOPe nominate further from my views?
And yet, the Establishment mocks our concerns by pointing out how conservative Jeb was 20 years ago...
Jeb bush is a joke. Absolutely no one on the right wants him. Outside of fake polling he’s got only the GopE lefties supporting him.
Evolving views for Jeb Bush means he will say anything to get elected.
Oh yeah...having the NYT compliment a candidate on “evolving” should be the kiss of death for that candidate.
We need someone with a stronger internal moral compass and truth detector than that.
Evolving?
Translation: He will pander to almost any group.
Sort of like Rand Paul: a position for every occasion.
Reminds me of John Kerry of 2004 who come down on any side of any issue.
Claiming he is evolving is a nice way of NOT saying he is ‘flip-flopping’ on a particular issue or topic.
