When Biden gets belligerent like a drunk, he becomes way creepy.

I certainly wouldn't want to have dinner with him or share a ride, let alone introduce him to my family.

If I think of Biden at all I think of him as either a clown or a jerk. But yeah, I can see the creepy part.
