It was a pre-Villaraigosian commercial order made up of elderly albinos who wore oddly colored raiments (”checkered coats”) and white shoes. Strangely obsessed with swatting small balls on lawns.
It was rumored that they conducted significant trade in this venue, but no artifacts of the usual goods exchanged have been found, other then one strange label which said “Cadillac”, rumored to have been a carriage manufacturer in the OldMid.
There are some Newportians said to be descended from this group, still living in small redoubts near El Isla de Balboa; this cannot be confirmed as they do not speak our national language of Nahuatl and pray to an odd deity known as “BillGross”.
