Do you check your blood pressure regularly? High blood pressure runs in my family and it was discovered at a routine visit. I would never have had any idea that my blood pressure was high because I never thought to check it at home. You would think I would have checked because it runs in my family, but I was pretty young at the time and didn’t expect it.
Runs in my family too. Mine has been hovering at around 160 over 101.
