To: Resolute Conservative

Its seems theres a disconnect in your reply. The Bill of Rights isnt repealable or for that matter subject to review. Its a simple declaration of limits on govt. Now for sure greasy lawyers & judges can have their show trials and corrupt pols can pass their bills but in the end they have no say. If they really want to try to repeal then they’ll have to have superior fire power and more friends in the general populace then they currently have.

I agree. My point is more to the point that the more that some courts try to erode the basis of the 2nd the weaker it could become at which point other freedoms will start to take more of a beating than they are now. The states must stand strong as do we the militia.

I understand the premise of the Bill of Rights but that doesn’t mean our government cannot choose to ignore those rights as they choose to ignore other laws they are violating unless we water the tree of liberty.
