Who woulda thunk it?!?! Who would have thought that sending seniors home, with minimal care (due to the low reimbursements from Medicaid), would result in oft returns to the hospital?
Better yet, in an attempt to NOT have them return to the hospital from wince they came, let’s send MORE low reimbursed nurses and PAs directly to their homes to try and dissuade the sickly from seeking more and proper treatment!?!?
This is all a charade! They were trying to tinker with the numbers to make it look like more people were getting better care well faster, all because Obamacare!
IT FAILED!
Don’t forget there are financial PENALTIES for doctors and hospitals who have “high return rates” as calculated by the masterminds at HHS.
