But one question...how did they get this thing set up without the police knowing it was happening?
That is a question. Maybe they were all busy monitoring for folks taking pictures of vulnerable spot (donut shops, etc.) and totally missed the plot to shut down the major artery. I suppose it could have been done in a 5 minute period if the pre-planning was solid.
